1. Digital Services:

   • Our services are digital software solutions. Refunds are only granted under specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

   • Technical issues preventing use of the Service that cannot be resolved within 7 business days by our support team.

   • Duplicate charges or billing errors.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Subscription fees after Services have been accessed or used.

   • Setup fees, onboarding services, or consultation charges.

   • Requests made more than 7 days after billing.

4. Request Process:

   • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
